Christmas Craft: Glue Snowman

By, Kairi Honda

What You’re Going to Need:

  • Waxed paper
  • White craft/school glue
  • 7 miniature black pom-poms
  • 3 small green pom-poms
  • 2 medium red pom-poms
  • 1 miniature orange pom-pom

How to make it:

  1. Put a sheet of waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Make three circles in the shape of a snowman, fill them in, but not with too much glue that it globs up and runs together, but don’t use too little that it doesn’t blend together.
  2. Add earmuffs by putting two red pom-poms on either side of the head. Add eyes and mouth with the black pom-poms and the nose with orange. Use the green pom-poms for buttons.
  3. Let it out to dry overnight.
  4. Peel the snowman off carefully. Some pieces of waxed paper may come up with the snowman, which is perfectly fine.

You could also add fun little things, like gluing a ribbon to the back and making it into an ornament. Also, you could add twigs for arms on either side of the snowman while it’s still dry. You could even sprinkle glitter into the glue to get a sparkly effect.

earmuffs are really handy specially in cold snowy weather in the winter. we use them a lot even we are at home since it is very cold out here.`
