We Will Always Remember

By, Purple People Eater

You know this day as 9/11, but I remember this as the day America became more powerful. On September 11, 2001 America was under attack. Four planes had all been hijacked, and three of them crashed into monumental buildings. The fourth was predicted that it would crash into the White House, but it crashed in a field in Pennsylvania. Last Tuesday was the anniversary of 9/11 so I will let you in on some ways we remembered that fateful day. Everyone had their flag lowered, families of the victims attended memorials, and the president gave a speech. I don’t know about you but I believe that after eleven years, America still gives a proper memorial. This is something special that America does to honor their lost ones. This article is dedicated to the firefighters and the 2,296 people who lost their lives on 9/11.
